Job summary

Love‘s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced store environment, interacting with customers and drivers to keep vehicles safe and on the road. We offer comprehensive benefits and training, welcoming applicants with or without prior tire experience.

You will learn tire removal and replacement, equipment maintenance, and how to deliver excellent service while upholding safety standards and flexible scheduling. Join a family-owned, growth-oriented team today.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Must be able to pass DOT medical card requirement (paid by Love’s).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside.
• Repair and maintain store equipment and facilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Rotate between day and night shifts as needed.
• Interact with customers and drivers to support travel needs.

Job Functions

• :Earn $18.50 - $23.00 p/hourTake ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
