Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Minnesota. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with tire sales, installations, and roadside service while ensuring customer satisfaction.

No prior experience is needed; we will train you. Expect a rotating day/night schedule, safety-first culture, and opportunities to advance with a nationwide network of Love’s locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude considered a plus.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced retail tire shop environment.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Move, lift, and handle tires and equipment; work in varying temperatures.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to protect customers and team.

Job Functions

• :Earn $18.50 - $23.00 p/hourTake ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
