Job summary

Gills Point S Tire in Murray, UT is seeking a Service Technician to help keep customers safe on the road through tire services, inspections, and basic automotive maintenance.

No prior experience? We’ll train you. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop with competitive pay, stable full-time hours, PTO, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or tire service is a plus but training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

• Inspect vehicles for tire wear, damage, and basic maintenance concerns.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and service needs.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in an active shop environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Team player who enjoys helping customers

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to perform work both inside the shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions while following all company safety policies.
