• Record vehicle mileage, damages, warning lights, or other issues.
• Perform required work:

• If installing new tires, retrieve, mount, balance, and install.
• For minor repairs (light bulbs, windshield wipers, filters), check availability or order items.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and returned to the customer parking area.
• Return keys to sales staff and notify work completion.
