Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Lompoc, CA is seeking a Tire Technician to join a performance-driven team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, inspect vehicles, and support maintenance tasks with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Candidates should have tire or automotive service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the stamina to lift up to 70 lbs. This is a great role with opportunities to grow into light mechanical services and other

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team for fast, accurate service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.

Tire Technicians:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors

• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
