Job summary

Lisac’s Tire in Butte, MT, is seeking a Tire Technician to join a results-focused, performance-driven team that delivers an exceptional customer experience. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, perform oil changes, and help with light mechanical work as you grow.

A valid driver’s license, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential; weekend availability is helpful. The role offers opportunities for career progression into mechanics, service advisory, or management, with a supportive

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, since that’s when our guests rely on us most.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow.
