Job summary

Burt Brothers is seeking a Tire Technician in Utah to join a results-focused, performance-driven team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will mount, dismount, balance, rotate tires, perform oil changes, and service TPMS sensors, while maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate with overtime and opportunities for career growth into mechanics, service advising, or management as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire/lube or automotive service is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
