Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Colorado Springs is hiring a Tire Technician to install, rotate, and balance tires, inspect for issues, and perform basic maintenance. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and customer-focused service within a team environment.

Eligible candidates should have tire/auto service experience, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Benefits include health, retirement, and opportunities for advancement into higher-skilled mechanical work.

Qualifications

• Tire or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow
