Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to join a results-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role covers tire mounting, balancing, TPMS work, oil changes, and general maintenance, with clear opportunities for progression into higher responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have tire service or automotive experience, a valid driver's license, and are physically able to lift up to 70 lbs. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire service or automotive maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.

Tire Technicians:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow
