Job summary

Andrews Transportation Group is seeking a Tire Technician to join our team at Andrews Cadillac in Brentwood, TN. You will install and maintain tires on cars, trucks, and light commercial vehicles, performing mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotating while following manufacturer specs and shop procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires on cars, trucks, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotating tires according to manufacturer specifications and shop procedures
• Perform basic tire services such as puncture repairs, valve replacements, and tire pressure assessments
• Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA and company standards, including wearing protective gear and handling equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order
• Communicate vehicle and vehicle repair information to other service employees as needed
