Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking a hands-on leader for the General Manager in Training program in the Lakeland region. You will rotate across Sales, Account, and Service roles, learning every core operation to lead a store with credibility and coaching excellence.

This full-time role offers a salary of $50,000–$55,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses, paid training, and a defined path to a General Manager position. Regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership or management experience.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn every area of the store.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through and actively support Sales Specialist, Account Specialist, and Service Specialist functions.
• Learn and demonstrate RNR processes, customer-care standards, safety expectations, and daily operating procedures.
• Set clear priorities, communicate daily goals, coach team members, and follow up on performance.
• Use store metrics to identify opportunities, create action plans, and improve sales, accounts, service, and retention.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, inventory control, store presentation, and customer issue resolution.
