Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus; training provided for the right person.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Team player who enjoys helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and maintenance concerns.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and service needs.
• Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections.
• Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help maintain inventory, shop cleanliness, and organization.
• Work as part of a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
