Job summary

Gills Point S Tire in Billings, MT is looking for a Service Technician to help keep customers safe on the road through tire services, inspections, and basic automotive maintenance. Training is provided to build your career within a stable, team-focused shop.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced shop.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Team player who enjoys helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect vehicles for tire wear, damage, and basic maintenance concerns.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and service needs.
• Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections.
• Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help maintain inventory, shop cleanliness, and organization.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
