Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include tire/wheel installation and maintenance, TPMS calibration, and assisting coworkers; you may test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite services while promoting store value promises. Valid drivers license required.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Physical requirements include frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds, bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels; testing batteries; using equipment.
• Assisting other employees; test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Promoting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.
