Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Heber is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and sales with a strong focus on customer service. You will perform tire repairs, rotations, and TPMS calibration, while operating service equipment and supporting colleagues.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 35–75 lbs, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and sustained standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS systems and test batteries.
• Operate and maintain service equipment; drive service vehicles for offsite/roadside calls.
• Assist other employees and provide excellent customer service to promote sales.
