Job summary

Bauer Built in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Service Manager to lead tire and service technicians, ensuring quality work and exceptional customer service. You will coordinate with the sales team to promote service packages, oversee work orders, and uphold safety standards across our Midwest service centers.

In this role you’ll manage parts inventory, ensure timely replenishment, and mentor a team while maintaining a clean, safe shop environment and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a tire service center.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee work for tire technicians, alignment technicians, and mechanics.
• Maintain exceptional customer service by addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
• Partner with the sales team to promote service packages and increase product movement.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Manage parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment that follows all safety protocols.
