Bauer Built in Fargo, ND is seeking a Service Manager to lead our tire technicians and service team. You will coordinate work orders, ensure safety, and maintain high customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in tire service, a valid driver's license, and strong vehicle-system knowledge. You’ll partner with sales to promote service packages and oversee parts inventory. We offer a 401K match and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a tire service center.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee work for tire technicians, alignment technicians, and mechanics.
• Maintain exceptional customer service by addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
• Partner with the sales team to promote service packages and increase product movement.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Manage parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment that follows all safety protocols.
