Dealer Tire is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist in Torrance to join our team inside a premium automotive dealership. You will sell tires on the service drive and provide trusted recommendations, helping customers choose the right products and close sales.

After onboarding, you’ll engage customers, identify needs, present pricing, and work with dealership teams to ensure a smooth sale and solid store operations. This role offers a stable schedule, base pay, and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
