Job summary

Dealer Tire, a family-owned tire distributor, seeks a Tire Sales Specialist. You’ll engage customers on the service drive, recommend the right tires, and close sales while maintaining strong dealer relationships.

The role offers a stable, 40-hour work week with competitive base pay and earned commissions. You’ll leverage your sales experience and automotive knowledge to meet targets, perform quick inspections, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
