Job summary

Champtires is hiring a full-time sales associate at our West Mifflin tire sales and service center. You will learn the tire business, assist customers in person, on the phone, and by email, and work to sell tires while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

The role offers pay from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour plus commission opportunities, 40+ hours per week, and benefits including 401(k) matching, dental, employee discount, flexible schedule and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and/or call center experience preferred.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays.
• Willingness to learn the tire business; prior tire industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Champtires' business and stay current with tire industry trends to serve customers well.
• Answer inquiries and provide friendly, knowledgeable, fast information.
• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone and via email.
• Proactively work to sell tires and resolve customer questions.
• Document customer information, sales, issues and returns as required.
• Follow up with customers as needed; follow all policies and procedures.
