Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Driver Helper in Minerva, OH to assist a Route Driver in collecting used tires from retail locations. You will manually load, stack, and secure tires up to 50 lbs, while following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.

The role requires reliability, clear communication with store staff, and the ability to follow routes and schedules. Prior tire industry exposure is a plus and benefits include 401(k) and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform heavy manual labor.
• Team-oriented role supporting Route Driver during tire pickups.
• Emphasizes safety and adherence to company procedures during loading/unloading.
• Punctual and reliable with scheduled routes and hours.
• Good communication with store staff and Route Driver during pickups.

Responsibilities

• Assist Route Driver in picking up used tires from retail locations.
• Manually load and stack tires onto the truck, ensuring safe organization.
• Perform heavy lifting of tires weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow safety protocols during loading/unloading.
• Assist with truck inspections and keep loading area clear and safe.
• Communicate with store personnel and Route Driver for timely pickups.
• Follow established routes and schedules for tire collection.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck bed and work area.
• Support Route Driver in navigating to locations to ensure timely service.
