Job summary

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Retread Tire Technician for a client in Arkansas. This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for inspecting, repairing, and processing tire casings through the retreading process.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Starting pay is $13.00+ per hour, DOE, with overtime opportunities and a chance to gain valuable manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety focus.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Able to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires and grade casings for retreading suitability.
• Examine casings for defects, damage and wear.
• Perform interior inspections after retreading.
• Complete tire repairs and component replacements as needed.
• Conduct pressure tests and safety inspections.
• Assist with curing retreaded tires according to procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized production areas.
• Follow all safety policies and operating procedures.
