Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in tire manufacturing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cured tires to evaluate construction and quality.
• Supervise tire test procurement with production and R&D.
• Address defect controls and corrective actions for improvements.
• Issue clear quality instructions to production teams.
• Audit factory processes for compliance with tire specs.
• Contribute to training on tire construction, quality, and processing.
• Maintain tire specifications with timely updates.
• Perform other duties to support tire engineering and production quality.
