Job summary

Giti Tire USA Ltd. seeks a Process Engineer to optimize tire manufacturing processes, driving quality, cost reduction, and efficiency in mass production by the R&D/PI Group.

You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to identify improvements, lead CP/CA actions, and implement sustainable solutions on the plant floor, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Minimum of one engineering internship or relevant co-op experience required.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship/co-op experience in manufacturing environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA documentation.
• Create, revise, and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process, production, and quality issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train production staff on process improvements and best practices.
• Review non-conforming materials and disposition when needed.
• Spend significant time on the production floor solving issues with operators.
• Analyze production data and lead process-improvement projects.
• Develop best practices and standardized work methods.
• Support equipment design, installation, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement.
