Job summary

RJMS CORPORATION is seeking a Tire Technician to manage tire inventory, run the tire exchange program, and operate the tire press at branch locations or on-site with customers. You will assist service, parts, used, and rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Role requires strong communication, reliable teamwork, and the ability to meet daily deadlines. You will lift heavy tires and support HazMat procedures while adhering to company safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Proficient PC skills: data entry, Excel, email.
• Willingness to learn and be team oriented.
• DMV record, background check, and drug screen required.
• DOT screen including drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tire inventory and tire exchange program.
• Operate tire press and service customers at branch or on-site.
• Assist service, parts, used, and rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
