Job summary

RJMS CORPORATION is seeking a tire and inventory technician to manage tire inventory, coordinate exchanges, and operate the tire press at a branch or client site. Responsibilities include assisting service, parts, used and rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and meeting daily deadlines.

Responsibilities also cover tire pickup/delivery, waste disposal coordination, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills demonstrating a helpful attitude with everyone.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Proficient PC computer skills – data entry, Excel, email.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and be team oriented.
• Qualified DMV record, background check, and drug screen.
• Qualified DOT (Department of Transportation) screen including but not limited to drug and background.

Responsibilities

• Tire Inventory Management.
• Tire Exchange Inventory Management.
• Pick-up/Deliver tires & parts at customer locations.
• Press and remove tires onto wheels in the shop, or at a customer location.
• The tire press area is to be clean and always organized.
• Coordinate tire waste disposal and maintain Hazmat records.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
