Xpedient Logistics in Cornelius, NC is seeking a Warehouse Tire Technician to safely handle, inspect, repair, and organize tires within our warehouse. The role supports daily operations by ensuring inventory accuracy and preparing tires for shipment or installation.

Responsibilities include mounting/dismounting tires, maintaining labeling, and using forklift equipment (where certified). This full-time position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or tire service is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tire tools/equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing tires for damage, wear, and quality issues.
• Mount, dismount, and repair tires as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory by organizing and labeling tires properly.
• Load and unload tires from delivery trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
