Continental in Mount Vernon, IL seeks a Tire Room Floor Supervisor to oversee Passenger Tire Builders, Truckers, Setup Technicians, Precure Prep, TRU and Check Tire Clerks, ensuring high quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires scheduling, attendance tracking, coordinating start-ups and build-outs, enforcing policies, and conducting safety talks. A related associate degree or 2 years manufacturing experience is expected, with U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship in this posting).

Responsibilities

• Schedule builder machine alignment.
• Record builder attendance and related defects.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity and housekeeping.
• Coordinate schedule changes.
• Conduct shift safety talks.
• Enforce plant policies and disciplinary actions as directed.
• Handle paperwork and reporting for accuracy and neatness.
• Schedule and coordinate build-outs and start-ups.
• Keep departmental bulletin boards current.
• Perform other duties as directed by Lead Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensure ESH procedures and legal requirements are followed.
