Qualificações

• Must be over 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous tire & lube technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tire installation, repair, and oil change procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Safe operation of shop tools and equipment.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in team and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision.
• Conduct oil changes and fluid checks for optimal performance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify safety concerns.
• Align wheels and balance tires for even wear.
• Maintain records of services, parts, and time spent.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and inquiries.
• Follow safety protocols in the shop.
