Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous tire and lube technician experience preferred.
- Proficient in tire installation, repair and oil change procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify safety concerns.
- Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires for even wear and stability.
- Maintain accurate service records and time spent on tasks.
- Assist customers with tire recommendations and provide excellent service.
- Adhere to safety protocols in the shop.
