Position: OE Foam Filling Operator

This is a fast-paced position utilizing modern computerized technology to pump foam mixture into the cavity of off-the-road tire assemblies.

What You'll Do:

• Foaming equipment start up, shut down, operations and clean-up for the following machines: belt drive foam filling machine, green machine foam filling machine, Graco pump.
• Simple programming of Trio-Fill machines.
• Follow established Pomp's work instructions to ensure proper foam mix and pressurization.
• Maintain a clean and orderly working area.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

What You Need:

• Basic tire knowledge helpful.
• Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Required to talk and hear to use equipment and effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers.
• Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Regularly lift, push, or move 50 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty. Frequent kneeling and bending over and back.
• Standing continuously throughout the shift.
• Must be tolerable to required PPE (face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves).
