Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service in Pennsylvania is seeking an OE Foam Filling technician to join our fast-paced tire service team. This role uses modern equipment to pump foam into Off the Road tire assemblies, with hands-on training provided.

You will work with Belt Drive, Green Machine, and Trio-Fill systems, follow precise instructions, and keep a clean, safe work area. We offer competitive wages, health benefits, a 401K plan, product discounts, and day-one paid time off.

Qualifications

• Basic tire knowledge helpful.

• Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate foaming equipment including setup, shutdown, and cleanup.
• Operate Belt Drive Foam Filling Machine.
• Operate Green Machine Foam Filling Machine.
• Operate Graco Pump.
• Program Trio-Fill Machines.
• Follow established Pomp's work instructions to ensure proper foam mix and pressurization.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Foaming Equipment start up, shut down, operations and clean-up for the following

  • Green Machine Foam Filling Machine

• Simple programming of Trio-Fill Machines
• Follow established Pomp's work instructions to ensure properly foam mix and pressurization
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, pull, or push 50 pounds frequently, 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty
• Ability to kneeling, bending over and back
• Standing continuously throughout the shift
• Must be tolerable to required PPE (Face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves)
