Job summary

Pomp’s Tire Service is hiring an OE Foam Filling operator in Pennsylvania to operate foam filling machinery and pump systems, program Trio-Fill equipment, and ensure proper foam mix and pressurization. The role requires good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

You will maintain a clean work environment, follow established procedures, and assist with equipment start-up/shutdowns. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Basic tire knowledge helpful.
• Ability to operate and understand foam filling equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50–100 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Foaming equipment start up, shutdown, operations and cleanup for Belt Drive, Green Machine, and Graco Pump.
• Simple programming of Trio-Fill Machines.
• Follow work instructions to ensure proper foam mix and pressurization.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You’ll Do:

What You Need:

• Basic tire knowledge helpful
• Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively
• Required to talk and hear to use equipment and effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers
• Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Regularly lift, upright, push, or move 50 pounds; occasionally upright, push, or move 100 pounds
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty. Frequent kneeling and bending over and back.
• Standing continuously throughout the shift.
• Must be tolerable to required PPE (Face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves)
