Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is seeking an OE Foam Filling operator to drive daily operations in a fast-paced tire service environment. You will handle foam filling equipment and manage foam mix, pressurization, and machine programming while following standard work instructions.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work overtime as needed. This position is based at our Bedford, PA facility and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Basic tire knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, shut down and clean foam filling equipment.
• Operate Belt Drive, Green Machine and Graco Pump foam filling systems.
• Program Trio-Fill machines and maintain proper foam mix and pressurization.
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Do

• Foaming Equipment start up, shut down, operations and clean-up for the following
• Belt Drive Foam Filling Machine
• Green Machine Foam Filling Machine
• Graco Pump
• Simple programming of Trio-Fill Machines
• Follow established Pomp's work instructions to ensure proper foam mix and pressurization
• Maintain a clean and orderly working area
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

What You Need

• Basic tire knowledge helpful
• Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively
• Required to talk and hear to use equipment and effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers
• Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Regularly lift, upright, push, or move 50 pounds; occasionally upright, push, or move 100 pounds
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty. Frequent kneeling and bending over and back.
• Standing continuously throughout the shift.
• Must be tolerable to required PPE (Face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves)
