As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, and sales techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve service, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment needs, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and embody the company's values and culture.
