Job summary

Walmart Tire & Battery Center in Topeka, KS is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas. You will collaborate with teammates to fulfill requests and mentor newer technicians while maintaining accurate inventory and operating cash registers as needed.

The role requires knowledge of tire and battery guidelines, TPMS and POS systems, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a valid state-issued driver’s license and being 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Qualifications include experience in auto service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: demonstrate knowledge of safety, tire and battery guidelines, service standards, and POS systems.
