Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in auto service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, and POS systems.
• Utilize handheld tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience.
• Manage equipment, inventory and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Represent the brand as a Talent Ambassador and provide excellent member service.
