Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Raymore, MO is seeking a Tire & Battery Technician - Automotive to deliver safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and to help members get more of what they love. You will work with teammates to fulfill requests, educate others on tools and resources, and maintain inventory and safety standards.

This role covers both customer service and technical tasks, including tire and battery services, TPMS, and POS operations, with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with team to fulfil sales and service requests and mentors new technicians.
• Be an Expert: demonstrates safety/compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, and service standards.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld tech to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience.
