Sam's Club in Chesterfield, MO is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas. Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests, educating associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians while communicating to provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and POS systems.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement, using handheld devices to make informed decisions.
• Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to the TBC Lead; track returns and special orders; operate cash registers and process transactions; maintain accurate inventory and safety standards.
• Be a brand ambassador by demonstrating high-quality service and products; understand member needs and assist with purchasing decisions while modeling respectful teamwork.
• Complies with company policies and ethics, executes tasks, reports issues, and supports continuous improvement.
