• Expert: follow safety, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, POS, and selling techniques.
• Techie: use handheld tools to plan, drive sales, improve service and adapt to new tech.
• Owner: manage equipment, supplies, returns, cash handling, inventory, and documentation.
• Talent Ambassador: represent the brand and train teammates with high quality service.
• Adhere to company policies, ethics and Open Door Policy in daily work.
• Complete tasks by following policies and meeting deadlines; communicate progress.
