Job summary

Sam's Club in Mentor, OH is seeking a service-focused associate for Tire and Battery Center operations. You will help members with tire and battery purchases, provide expert service, and promote TBC offerings while maintaining safety and store standards.

You''ll handle merchandise presentation, scheduling, and service workflows, using Sam''s Garage and POS systems to complete purchases, returns, and payments. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and member satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and Tire and Battery Center (TBC).
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases, maintenance, and service scheduling.
• Provide expert member service, explain warranties, and promote TBC offerings.
• Operate POS system and handle purchases, returns, and payments per policy.
• Ensure product displays are clean, signed, priced, and organized.
