Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including safety sweeps and proper handling of equipment.
• Stocking merchandise and setting up displays, signing and pricing items, and handling damaged goods.
• Assist members with tire maintenance and installation appointments and provide recommendations on services.
• Provide excellent member service by understanding needs and guiding purchases and service decisions.
• Drive sales and promote TBC offerings by communicating value to members and coordinating with team members.
