Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Muncy, PA is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe, efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department and to help members get more of what they love, for less. You will work with teammates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

The role focuses on tire and battery center tasks, safety compliance, and customer service, with opportunities to mentor others and use handheld tools to drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry, Retail Experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfil sales and service requests and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards and POS operations.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan for and drive service, improve the customer experience and track work orders.
