Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards per safety policies.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center stocked, organized, and merchandised.
• Assists members with tire and battery services, installations, and appointments.
• Uses Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend products and explain warranties.
• Drives sales and service through effective member engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Completes and documents service requests and operates TBC equipment safely.
