Job summary

Sam's Club in Charleston, WV, is seeking a service-oriented associate for Tire and Battery Center operations. You will maintain safety and standards on the sales floor, stock and merchandise displays, and assist members with tire services and installations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards per policies.
• Organize, stock, and merchandize Tire and Battery Center.
• Assist members with tire/installation appointments.
• Provide expert member service and recommend products.
• Drive sales by communicating value of merchandise and services.
• Triages service workflow to optimize appointments and efficiency.
• Follow cash handling, POS operations, and payment procedures.
