Job summary

Sam's Club in Plano, TX seeks a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and to assist members with purchases, ensuring expectations are met and a high level of member satisfaction is maintained.

You will collaborate with teammates, follow safety protocols, and use handheld tools and POS systems to support sales and service operations while maintaining accurate inventory and processing transactions.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry, Retail Experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfil sales and service requests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, service standards, and POS selling techniques.
• Leverage handheld tools and digital systems to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory, process transactions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling and storage per policy.
• Identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions while addressing issues and concerns.
