Job summary

Sam's Club in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas while supporting members with their needs. You will work with teammates to ensure high service standards and will help educate others on tools, tasks, and safety practices.

You will use handheld tools, operate the POS system, and assist customers with purchases.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, and POS systems.
• Use handheld technology to plan, drive sales, and improve the service experience.
• Maintain inventory, process transactions, and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
