Job summary

Sam's Club in Plano, TX is seeking a Tire & Battery Technician - Automotive to join our tire and battery center. You will provide safe, efficient service in sales and service areas and help members get more of what they love, for less.

You will collaborate with associates to meet member expectations, perform tire and battery services, operate POS, and uphold Walmart policies and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if selected.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with others to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: follow safety rules, understand tire and battery industry guidelines, and use POS tools.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to plan and support service and sales decisions.
• Be an Owner: assist with inventory, operate registers, and document processes and issues.
