Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead in Woodbridge, VA. You will supervise the hourly team to deliver safe, efficient tire and battery services and to meet the club's business plan and member expectations.

You will model expertise in Tire and Battery operations, train staff, and utilize digital tools to improve sales and service quality while ensuring compliance and a neat, safe work area.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete all required trainings and assessments for the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and member expectations.
• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and train associates on tire and battery service.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment; monitor TPMS and recalls; ensure safety and compliance.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, service quality, and associate engagement.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and cash register operations as needed.
