Job summary

Sam's Club in Macon, GA is seeking a team member for the Tire and Battery Center. You will assist members with tire and battery purchases, installations, and service decisions using product knowledge to recommend safe options and explain warranties.

You will help maintain safe, organized displays, process payments, and support high-quality service while prioritizing appointments and collaborating with the TBC team to meet member needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid state-issued driver’s license and being 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and standards on the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor and ensures organized, stocked, and properly merchandised displays.
• Assists members with tire and battery purchases, installations, and service decisions, using product knowledge to recommend suitable options and explain warranties.
• Triages service workflow, prioritizes appointments, and communicates changes in lead times or cancellations to members.
• Operates POS systems, processes payments, returns, exchanges, and maintains documentation with professionalism and empathy.
